Exploitation Strategy Task on GEroNIMO project
The overall objective of this task will deal with the identification, management and IP (Intellectual Property) protection evaluation of the innovations generated during the project together with the definition of the most suitable exploitation measures and channels in order to ease the post-project use, up-scaling and/or commercialization of results.
In order to achieve this goal, the exploitation strategy has been designed around three main pillar activities:
To obtain a preliminary description of the expected results corresponding to each Work Package (WP1 to WP5) followed by the identification of the key exploitable results (KER).
To evaluate the protection possibilities after an in-depth analysis of the ‘State of the Art’ in patent databases of each potential outcome.
Analysis of IPR protection possibilities and market main drivers will allow to define a proposal/ recommendation about the GEroNIMO exploitation plan & potential business models option.
